    This place is going downhill!! They have spent all their money on the new seats...and evidently can't afford to pay workers. I went on Friday (opening day) to Avengers. It was a show starting at almost 4pm......yet they had only 4 registers in the front concession stand open. The hall concessions were not open. I waited 15 minutes to get a hot dog and a Coke, but had to go to my movie without. I had a choice....miss the beginning of the movie, or skip the snacks. I chose to skip the snacks. This is NOT the first time I have had to forgo snacks. Several times now....they will have 2 concession registers open, and 4 or 5 people floating around pretending to sweep the floor. Customer service seems to be a thing if the past....more and more. Sadly.
