Had an appointment at 9am and was seen at 10:18, with no explanation. Without a doubt, this is the absolute worse Dr. Office I have ever been too. No matter what time your appointment is, you'll wait well over an hour to be seen. This is a very poorly managed facility with elderly people have to stand, waiting over an hour for their appointments due to overbooking and not enough chairs. This is a pain management clinics, and folks are here because they are in pain, and having them stand for over an hour, waiting on God knows what is ridiculous. Tuesday and Thursday are injection days and the most busy and unorganized. It's an assembly line in this place on these days especially. I've complained twice and was given a nasty attitude and told that ALL Dr offices have long wait times. Well, I know better. However, they can operate however they want since it's one of only two pain management clinics in El Paso. Whoever schedules folks and manages the patient's wait times needs fired. Horrible, horrible place.

Update = once I posted this review the clinic dropped me as a patient. So much for telling the truth. In the meantime, I have left numerous messages with the clinic to have someone contact me about being dropped as a patient and no one will return my calls. I have contacted my insurance provider (TRICARE) and filled a complaint / grievance with this establishment. I find it disturbing to be dropped as a patient for no formal reason and I will push to have this clinic removed from the list of establishments that Active Duty and Retired Soldiers are authorized to go for treatment. Furthermore, they switched my medication due to results from blood work, but I had to find out from an office manager that my liver enzymes were too high to continue my regular medication. Not even a courtesy call from a doctor to let me know these high levels were of a concern. This is by far the very worse clinic / doctor office I have visited in 25 years.
