  I have been going to this office for four years now and this was by far the worst visit I have ever had. Originally I schedule my yearly check up, all went well until I started experiencing difficulties with the prescription I was given. I scheduled a second appointment in an attempt to figure out what the problem was. I was informed by the lady on the phone Veronica that this second visit would not be covered by my insurance. I could not understand why this would be my responsibility as it seems that the doctor should guarantee his prescriptions. I moved forward with the appointment and from the moment I walked in I sensed the hostility from the doctors assistant as she kept on questioning my reasons for the appointment. I explained to her that I was experiencing difficulties with my contacts as well as my glasses and she said the doctor would have to decide whether he would see me or not. I was seen by the tall male doctor and I explained what was happening to him as well. He seemed to have been irritated by the fact that I was questioning the prescription he had given me. Mind you I understand that he is the expert however I do have the right to ask questions in an attempt to understand what was occurring with my vision. The doctor was extremely hostile and seemed extremely irritated throughout my visit with him. He proceeded give me a new trial of contact lenses and I told him I was still seeing blurry. Once again my response seemed to have irritated him even further and he responded " I do not know how I am going to explain this to my associate doctors. I should be charging you for what I have just done!" I was taken aback by his aggressive response and hostile behavior. At the conclusion of my visit he narrowed the problem down to my glasses being made wrong. Again his response was hostile and aggressive in nature "I would be really really mad if I were you!!!" was his response. He explained the problem of my glasses in the technical language of his profession that was beyond my understanding. I looked at him with a confused look and he responded " What, do you want me to write it down for you?!" I said "yes, please" at this moment I am feeling extremely intimidated by his hostile behavior. He then went on to write down the problem on a post it note. He said "here take it back to where you got your glasses made!" He then turned around and went back in to the office area and left. I was so disappointed because here was a doctor who I held in very high regard as my previous experiences with him had been wonderful. He was actually the reason I had gone back for a few years. I think that he felt that I was questioning his expertise and he was highly offended. When in reality I was just trying to get to the root of my problem. I will never be back to this office and I feel that the only thing he should have to explain to his fellow associates is his lack of customer service and why he would tarnish the good reputation of an established business. if you go to this office be very careful when asking questions he may take it offensively and treat you like garbage, like he did to me.
