  These people are horrible. I went to my appointment, they took 30 minutes to verify my insurance, I went back and sat in the back for another 30 minutes, got x-rays and then finally the dentist saw me and took 5 minutes. I still needed my teeth cleaned, the whole reason for the appointment, but since it was lunch time they asked me to leave and come back in an hour! SERIOUSLY they did this to me. When I finally got my teeth cleaned it took approximately 10 - 15 minutes (they couldn't wait that short period for lunch and finish with a customer?). After all of this I get a bill when they said my insurance was paying everything. I had to clear this up with their billing service because they didn't deal with my insurance appropriately but that was finally taken care of by my insurance. Today, 5 months later, I receive another bill and this one says I'm delinquent when I've already spoken with my insurance and verified everything was paid. Now they're asking for $10 more for the service than on the first bill PLUS a high late fee. This place is a rip off in every way. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!!
