  So I came to swim, before I am about to get in the pool the lifeguard comes up to me and says that my shorts ate not appropriate "swim attire" so I delt with it. But it's pretty funny how they enforce a rule themselves break.
  Today the lifeguard that told me my shorts are not appropriate he is wearing pants very very similar, really can not tell the difference other than brand. Keep in mind they are not following the lifeguard dress code. But hey who am i apparently way under them when it comes to rules.
  The female lifeguard is not in uniform ither.
  I find it pretty funny. I will be contacting the city about this very soon. It seems that I am blowing this out of proportion and to answer this, yes I am. For the fact that the don't follow their own dress code (I had a friend that was a lifeguard in the city of el paso) so he told me the dress code for the lifeguards.
