  2 different times I've gone in first time the store was empty, the rep was on his phone, which of course I understand , the store is empty. But when you don't bother getting off your phone to assist someone is pretty rude. This last time which WILL BE MY LAST! I go in about a problem with the phone I bought less then a week ago (speaker is not working, no fault of my own but manufacturer defect). Instead of telling me about the manufacturer warranty (which I knew of already) he asks me if I have insurance so he can do a claim.... of course I declined and told him weather I have insurance or not shouldn't matter, it's a defect in the phone. He proceeded to tell me he couldn't help to call Samsung..... even tho this place is closer to me I will gladly drive the extra 5mins to go the Metro PCS on resler , I walked in and told the agent my problem and right away said she would gladly do a warranty claim.
