  This so called furniture- how do I begin - 8-31-2017, went into this store to purchase a living room set, grandfather clock and a bedroom set --- as of 9-13-2017 was calling store inquiring on when my furniture would arrive -- was told that they did not have all of my order - requested to have the items that had arrived at that point -- manager became upset stating that it would cost him extra money to deliver only part of my order - he only had the sofa/love set and grandfather clock and mattresses at this time - I told the manager that it had already been 2 weeks and I needed my furniture now as my husband and I are senor citizens as well as my husband is handicapped and we need to have the furniture that was promised to us. So with much fussing he finally agreed to deliver what he had. Once he arrived with the items I had asked him when could I expect the rest of my order as this delivery still left me and my husband sleeping on the floor. At are age sleeping on just mattresses on the floor is not easy for the elderly nor handicapped. Manager stated it should arrive the following week. So I called the following week on 9-21-2017, after very upsetting discussion the store manager stated that the head board and foot board were the only pieces of my order that had arrived. I told him that I wanted them delivered that day. Again after alot of words he sent two delivery men to my home - what was brought into my home was NOT the head board nor foot board that we had ordered. I called the store right then and stated what my issue was and the manager became upset with me as though it was my fault that this was happening. Later that same night the store manager did deliver the correct head and foot boards however I still was missing the base of the bed as well as the bed posts, so the bed was still not in its complete form, and the store manager had a very bad attitude towards me which I felt was so uncalled for! Again I asked when will my bed set be completed, manager stated once again it SHOULD be Next week please do keep in mind at this point it has NOW BEEN 3 WEEKS since we had placed this order..... the next week my husband ended up in the hospital so I did not call the store on 9-28-2017. I waited until 10-2-2017 to make my next follow up call. Again was given the same song and dance about the missing pieces of furniture. I called again on 10-4-2017 again the same garbage oh yes and was told that I was going to receive a GIFT -- I told him the only gift I needed was my completed order. Now today is 10-13-2017 - again I was told the same song and BS so I told the store manager that I was done with his song and dance bologna and that perhaps I should just retain a lawyer -- manager requested that I give him one more week and if the missing items didn't not appear that I could come back to his store and ORDER A NEW BEDROOM SET -- lmfao as the kids say --- this process has taken 44 DAYS!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!
