    Terrible store management. Received a coupon from petsmart and the cashier claimed it was redeemed. Requested the manager who didn’t help. I showed them the email being sent in front of them and pulling up the brand new coupon and they still claimed it was redeemed and already used. In the past and at other stores, managers can key it in. Horrible place never going here again.
