  Dr. Ransone is not up to date on proper care for intact (uncircumcised) children. No medical assoc. (including the AAP) recommends forced retraction of a child’s intact penis. It is proven to cause harm. She’s not only continuing to instruct parents in this outdated practice but is unwilling to learn updated care techniques. When presented with official paperwork with the correct information she was rude and unwilling to read the information presented—very unprofessional. I am disgusted and upset that she would not want to learn the best way to care for a child because she feels she knows better than American medical associations. We will be switching to a PCM who is current with information and willing to better themselves and their education.
