- Cherry the CatApr 16, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I give 3 stars because the facility is very clean, the machines are easy to use, and there are plenty of machines. I also like that they offer coffee and popcorn. The radio plays and the tv is on for your viewing pleasure. The location is also next to a Circle K and in a plaza.
One thing I think would be useful is to allow debit cards to load the laundry card. I was a bit annoyed when the washing machines I used had the incorrect prices on them and I had to add more money to my laundry card after I already loaded it.
My biggest annoyance was when I walked in this morning and said good morning with a smile to the staff. She looked at me like I did the worst thing possible and replied coldly. Customer service is important on my list of musts for services.
