  I first came across Tacos Don Cuco through their catering service. At the time i was impressed with their Al Pastor(marinated pork) and Bistec (steak) tacos so I made a goal to come by and eat their establishment.
  The location was nothing special, kind of a scaled down Taco Tote (another local staple for those familiar).
  I decided to get an order steak (arrachera) tacos, however i was a bit disappointed. There were just 4 small tacos in the order, which consisted of nothing more than tortillas and meat. There was a small salsa bar where you could get your garnishments, but no matter what combination of salsas i tried i could not get a good tasty combination. Perhaps the should make recommendations depending on the tacos you are getting.
  Overall i was a bit dissapoined, i was expecting the same good eats I've had when they catered, but that was not the case.
