Friendly staff but they can be very rude when equipment fails or something is defective. !!!! They dont take RETURNS !! Even a day old. They wont let u speak ur mind they shut u up when ur trying to explain the situation. They tell u in a bad rude way. RETURN TO THE MANUFACTURER!! They should put a warning sign tht says. WE DONT ACCEPT RETURNS !! Tht way i dont waste their time and they dont waste mine. Tht place sucks. Atleast the guy there sucks. Mr. Shaggy. !!!
